Purchasing a home is a substantial investment for you and your family. It's only natural to want to protect that investment and know that your future home is in good condition. For this you want a thorough home inspector that works for YOUR INTERESTS! Here at JBC Home Inspections, we perform a 1600+ point home inspection to provide you with a piece of mind. 

We have established Residential Pricing packages that are simple to understand and accommodate a wide range of home sizes and amenities (carports and attached garages included in pricing).   

*If a single-family home has more than one of the following, an additional service fee will be added per item. 

Due to rising fuel prices, there is an additional fuel recovery fee for inspections more than a 1 hour drive from our office.

Homes older than 100 years or that are considered historic due to their architectural style, significance, or is associated with a historic event/ person, require special attention and care during an inspection. Homes fitting this category usually require additional time and effort to perform the inspection and document. 

Sheds and other detached buildings on the property are available for inspection for a small fee (excluding Barns. Barns are subject to the square foot pricing above)

Partial inspections are also available if you are in need of something more focused. Partial inspections can be a great way to check progress/ finished work by a contractor during a renovation, help underwriters with re-financing your home, etc. The fee for partial inspections varies and is up to the discretion of the inspector.
