Commercial Properties
Due to the wide variety of commercial buildings, types, and their complexity, we utilize cost per square foot pricing to evaluate commercial properties. Pricing ranges from $0.30 to $0.60 per square foot.
Duplexes and apartment type buildings are considered commercial properties.
Due to rising fuel prices, there is an additional fuel recovery fee for inspections more than a 1 hour drive from our office.
