Privacy Policy

At JBC Home Inspections, we take our client's privacy seriously. Any and all information shared between our clients and the company is confidential. The company does not sell or share client's information with outside third parties (such as realtors, extended family, friends of clients, home owners, or other non-contracted parties) without the express written permission of our clients.

The following exceptions apply with regards to sharing of client information; if the company needs to consult with legal counsel, or hire debt collection services. Further the company recognizes that exceptional circumstances may occur during the regular course of the company performing it's duties, whereas it may become necessary for some limited confidential information be disclosed. As such, some limited confidential information may be shared by the company with utility companies and local municipalities, such as, but not limited to; fire, police, code enforcement, property assessor, etc. In the event that exceptional circumstances arise the company will make every attempt to inform the client that confidential information needs to be shared, the reason for sharing the information, as well as with whom the company disclosed the confidential information with.
